Return policy

As we understand you cannot try items on before purchasing we are happy to provide you a refund or exchange should you mail your items back to us within 14 days of receiving. Returns of any item should be in new, unused condition and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.  If you refuse to pay the cost of a return label within 10 days we will donate your item(s) to GOODWILL with no refund given.   We do not offer exchange or refund on sale items.


Can I Change My Online Order After I Have Placed It?

Once you click the “Confirm” button, your order begins to process and you are unable to make further changes. We are not able to combine orders or change sizes. If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to return it for a refund (if the item is within our return policy). Please refer to our above returns policy for more information.


If you would like to exchange an online purchase for another size or style we suggest you purchase the item you want online and then send back the unwanted garment for a refund.  We sell through items quickly so ordering your item ASAP will guarantee the desired item to be fulfilled.  We then will provide a refund for the item that did not work as long is it is in line with our return policy.  

Online Returns by Mail

How to return

Items must be returned via postal mail to Palmer Lea Boutique. Please send your merchandise and completed returns form in an enclosed secure postal box to:

It is essential that returned items have not been worn, all labels are attached, and that you take care to protect the item(s) when mailing them back. If the purchaser returns garments to Palmer Lea in a way that they weren’t received, we can and will decline a refund. *Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Coupon Codes

Coupons codes will only work on full priced items unless stated otherwise.  Discount and coupon codes need to be used at the time of purchase.  We cannot edit an order after the fact to reflect any sort of discount.  Coupon code, "YESPLEASE" is a one time use coupon and items using this code are refundable but for first time customers only.

We ship USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer on all orders. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery.


Palmer Lea retains the right to choose any shipping service for Canada and Mexico orders as we see fit.  You will receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order.  Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $12.00.  Please allow a minimum of 11 days for delivery.  
*We currently do not ship outside of North America at this time.  

What happens if my order does not arrive, or is lost in transit?
